As reported in W Magazine, Max Mara collaborated with Chinese artist Liu Wei for a limited-edition “see-now-buy-now” capsule collection. One of the lust-worthy pieces to come out of this partnership were these € 320.00 Cat-Eye Sunglasses. Nicknamed the LIUWEI, these shades lend a sophisticated, avant-garde upgrade to any outfit. Unfortunately, these sunglasses are no longer available. However, Max Mara has other cat-eye styles to choose from ranging from $99 to $342.11:
Let’s take a quick list of what else she wore. Cookie rocked a Lily e Violetta Zara Chinchilla Fur Coat flung over a $484 Courrèges Contrast-panel Button-Through Dress (as a shirt). Alas, this was the only decent screenshot from Episode 16 “Absent Child” I could grab of Cookie. She looked so good in these encrusted cat-eye specs! Lavender and silver were on the menu for Ms. Lyon. With that said, she chose to continue the decadent but playful vibe. The purple animal-printed dress is the $4,300 Gucci Bengal Tiger Print Dress. Silver platform heels are the $990 Gucci Angel Metallic Leather Platforms. Silver handbag is the Dior Lady Dior Silver-Tone Bag. Bedazzled frames are the $295 Marc Jacobs Double Trouble Crystal Wire Sunglasses.
Chanel 2017 Summer Cat-Eye Sunglasses | Anika Calhoun Sunglasses (as seen in Episode 16)
Anika is always dressed to impress, especially when baby Bella’s safety is in question! In Episode 16 “Absent Child,” Mrs. Calhoun-Lyon arrived to confront the DuBois family in a chic $2,450 Givenchy Short-Sleeve Fitted Pencil Dress. Feline-shaped frames are the $400 Chanel 2017 Summer Cat Eye Sunglasses. If you don’t mind a slightly used pair, The RealReal has these same sunnies for $295.
Opening Ceremony x Gentle Monster Ray 03 Sunglasses | Cookie Lyon Sunglasses (Episode 17)
Cookie’s sartorial proclivities are sometimes even a little extreme for me, as we see here in Episode 17 “Toil and Trouble 1.” The Lyon matriarch strolled into the Empire offices with quite an outfit! Necklace is a $165 Etro Sequin Bib. Top is $1,700 Alaia Printed Sweater. Pencil skirt is the $960 Stella McCartney Zebra-Print Slim Slit-Back Skirt. Cutout boots are the Manolo Blahnik Graco Suede Lace-Up Pumps. However, none of these items are the standout piece. That honor goes to Cookie’s $450 Opening Ceremony x Gentle Monster Ray 03 Sunglasses. I had quite a time hunting these down! These too are completely sold out.

In Episode 17, we also saw Cookie crash Laviticus Las Vegas in an electrifying pair of $380 Tom Ford Anastasia Cat Eye Sunglasses (now on sale for $99 at Gilt; $119.90 at Bluefly). The summer-friendly stunners complemented her vintage Bob Mackie green sequin dress and Judith Leiber Koi Fish Swarovski-Crystal Clutch beautifully.
